At Ecoliving 1802, we are offering a new and intriguing approach to green sustainable living in the city, within a service-based community of shared spaces. Located in the center of Barcelona, right by the sea, in a former textile printing factory, a new building is being designed which has been completely remodelled using restored pieces and high-quality finishes.
50 loft-apartments are planned, all connected via terraces, balconies and large green and sunny outdoor spaces on different floors. Residents will have access to shared areas such as swimming pools, self-supply rooftop allotments, tree-covered passageways, social clubs, with surveillance service, etc.
FLEXIBLE APARTMENTS
We are planning mixed and flexible apartments where changes can easily be made to the spaces by adding rooms, attics, expanding the living room or work and relaxation spaces.
